Company policy

The Management defines and approves the “Company Policy”; it documents the objectives and commitments undertaken, in line with the company strategies for the interested parties, the market, the personnel, stakeholders and the owners, so that the performance of the Quality Management System is implemented, maintained and improved and the regulatory requirements are guaranteed.

The Quality Management System, as described and defined in this document, must allow for observing the commitments undertaken by the Management.

For this reason, the Management considers the participation of the entire staff in the implementation of the Quality Management System to be decisive, in order to achieve full Customer Satisfaction and the consolidation of the company’s image on the market.

Through the Company Policy the aim is to emphasise the willingness to implement, achieve and maintain compliance with the applicable mandatory regulations.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES AND COMMITMENTS

The General Objectives (Policy) that the Management sets itself with the implementation of the Quality Management System are as follows:

  1. The creation of innovative products able to meet the changing needs of the customers and more generally of the market, taking care to ensure the customization of the solution through dedicated processes and compliance with internal regulatory and quality standards and/or defined with the customers and the professionals who follow them;
  2. Continuous improvement of the Production Processes by intervening on the type of machinery (and relative customisation), on the choice of materials and on the requirements and criteria for operating the machinery itself; this aspect must guarantee competitiveness over time and therefore the development of company activities and constant innovation of the products and consequently of the processes;
  3. Pursuance of the punctual satisfaction of the Requirements defined by the Customer, taking care to guarantee a service i compliance with the internal standards or with the agreements established with the Customer; monitoring of these aspects is periodically performed by means of comparisons with the Market;
  4. The guarantee of a continuous improvement of all Company Processes, mainly by acting on its own activities and limiting the intervention of Suppliers;
  5. The promoting of the qualification and training of the Personnel aimed at increasing skills, increasing Staff satisfaction and improving the overall company climate.

In order to achieve these Objectives, the Management is committed to:

  • Guaranteeing the availability of the Resources necessary to pursue these Objectives (human, economic and infrastructural) by carrying out training and information activities for the workers and all the staff (including external staff) involved in the activities;
  • Adopting Continuous Improvement Plans for the effectiveness of the Management System, defining objective and measurable Objectives, consistent with this Policy, and Operational Programmes that identify the methods of implementation during the Management’s Periodic Reviews;
  • Continuous monitoring of Customer Satisfaction, to verify that all the Requirements are actually met and to promote communication with the outside world;
  • Guaranteeing a continuous improvement of its products, processes, and their performance, through the analysis and implementation of all the information coming back from the field;
  • Issuing and updating of the Company Policy, taking care to define the Objectives that ensure its implementation on the basis of the indications coming from outside and inside the Company (feedback from the field).

 

COMMUNICATION AND REVIEW OF THE COMPANY POLICY

The Direction provides for the contents to be communicated within PUCCI SAORO through:

  • Controlled distribution of this Quality Manual to the Department Heads;
  • Posting on the notice boards intended for communications to Personnel of the extract containing the points relating to the aforementioned Policy;

and outside the Company (for all employees working on behalf of the Company) through:

  • Distribution in a NON-controlled manner of this Quality Manual to Customers and/or Suppliers and more generally to the stakeholders;
  • Displaying to Company visitors (Customers and Suppliers) on the notice boards exposed to the public.

The QMS Quality Management System Manager verifies the correct understanding of the contents by all company personnel and at all levels of the organisational structure, and periodically verifies their correct implementation (during Internal Audits) in all the company areas concerned.

The Management undertakes to review the Company Policy during the Periodical Management Reviews, to ensure that it is always suitable and appropriate for the purposes of PUCCI SAORO.

The signing of this point by the Managers is to be considered as approval and authorisation for the disclosure of the Company Policy.
