The Management defines and approves the “Company Policy”; it documents the objectives and commitments undertaken, in line with the company strategies for the interested parties, the market, the personnel, stakeholders and the owners, so that the performance of the Quality Management System is implemented, maintained and improved and the regulatory requirements are guaranteed.
The Quality Management System, as described and defined in this document, must allow for observing the commitments undertaken by the Management.
For this reason, the Management considers the participation of the entire staff in the implementation of the Quality Management System to be decisive, in order to achieve full Customer Satisfaction and the consolidation of the company’s image on the market.
Through the Company Policy the aim is to emphasise the willingness to implement, achieve and maintain compliance with the applicable mandatory regulations.

The QMS Quality Management System Manager verifies the correct understanding of the contents by all company personnel and at all levels of the organisational structure, and periodically verifies their correct implementation (during Internal Audits) in all the company areas concerned.
The Management undertakes to review the Company Policy during the Periodical Management Reviews, to ensure that it is always suitable and appropriate for the purposes of PUCCI SAORO.
